Businesses with strong leadership, product and sales teams will be provided with Wadhwani Advantage Consultant and External Advisor assisted/self-executed Transformation if they fulfil the below criteria:

Revenue >= INR 75 crore
Employee strength >= 250 (direct and indirect)
Willingness to share company data and undertake online ‘Business Diagnostic Test’ and ‘Deep Diagnostics for revenue growth and organization structure strategies
Willingness to undertake self-executed transformation as per the advice of Wadhwani Advantage consultants and through L&D tools like masterclasses, frameworks and case studies
Willingness to engage with curated external experts*, only if needed

Additionally:

Businesses in the range of INR 25-75 crore revenue with a minimum of 250 employees will be provided with External Advisor assisted/ SME executed Transformation
